Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Latin Soul Dance. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or attending a class, course, workshop or event.
By booking, purchasing, registering for or attending any class, course, workshop, event, package or membership at Latin Soul Dance, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions include our booking, cancellation, refund, privacy, cookie, photo and video policies.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not complete your booking or purchase.
By booking or attending a class, course, workshop or event at Latin Soul Dance, you agree to the policies below.
1. Bookings
Your spot is confirmed once your booking has been completed through our booking system or directly with Latin Soul Dance.
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. Please check your booking carefully, including the class, course, workshop or event date, time and location.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Regular classes can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 8 hours before the class starts.
You can cancel or reschedule your booking through the booking system. If you need help, please contact us at least 8 hours before the class begins.
If you cancel, reschedule or do not attend within 8 hours of the class start time, the class will be charged and the credit will be used.
3. Courses, Workshops and Events
Courses, workshops and special events require preparation, teachers, room reservation and limited spots.
Once you register and pay, your place is reserved for you.
Missed sessions are not refundable and cannot always be rescheduled. If you cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible.
4. Refund Policy
All classes, courses, workshops, events, packages and memberships are final sales and non-refundable once purchased, unless required by law or unless Latin Soul Dance cancels the activity.
Refunds are not provided for missed classes, late cancellations, no-shows, illness, travel, holidays, personal schedule changes or other personal circumstances.
In exceptional situations, Latin Soul Dance may offer an alternative solution, such as moving a booking to another class or date. This is not guaranteed and will be reviewed case by case.
5. Packages and Memberships
Class packages and memberships are personal and cannot be shared with another person unless Latin Soul Dance has clearly agreed to this in writing.
Packages and memberships are valid only for the period stated at the time of purchase.
Unused classes, expired credits, late cancellations and no-shows are not refundable.
6. Photos and Videos
At Latin Soul Dance, we sometimes take photos and short videos during classes, courses, workshops and events.
These images may be used for communication, content creation and promotional purposes, including social media, our website, newsletters, flyers, posters, advertising and community promotion.
We use this content to share the joy, energy, culture and community of Latin Soul Dance.
We always aim to use respectful, positive and appropriate images.
7. Your Right Not to Appear in Photos or Videos
You have the right to tell us if you do not want to appear in photos or videos.
If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please inform the instructor or the Latin Soul Dance team before the class, workshop or event starts.
We will respect your choice and will do our best to make sure you are not directly filmed, photographed or shown in published content.
If you see a photo or video of yourself that makes you uncomfortable, please contact us. We will review your request and, where possible, remove, crop, blur or adjust the content.
For children and minors, photos and videos will only be used with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
8. Health and Safety
By joining a class, course, workshop or event, you confirm that you are physically able to participate.
Please listen to your body, take breaks when needed and inform the instructor before class if you have any relevant injury, health condition or physical limitation.
Participation is at your own responsibility.
Latin Soul Dance is not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss or damage, except where this is caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Respectful Community
Latin Soul Dance is a multicultural and inclusive community. We welcome people of different ages, backgrounds, nationalities and experience levels.
We ask all participants to treat each other, the instructors and the studio space with respect.
Latin Soul Dance may refuse participation if someone behaves in a way that is unsafe, disrespectful, aggressive, discriminatory or disruptive.
10. Privacy Policy
Latin Soul Dance may collect and use personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, booking information, payment information, attendance records and communication preferences.
We use this information to manage bookings, payments, customer service, class administration, newsletters, communication and studio operations.
We may also process photos and videos where people are recognizable. These may be considered personal data.
We only use personal data for legitimate studio purposes, with your consent where required, or when necessary to provide our services.
We do not sell your personal data.
We may use trusted third-party platforms for bookings, payments, email communication, website hosting, analytics or marketing. These platforms may process data according to their own privacy policies.
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or to object to certain uses of your data where applicable.
11. Cookies
Our website may use cookies to make the website work properly, improve the user experience, measure website performance and support marketing.
