The City Games are coming again! Zumba and more activities, come and try for free! During the City Games, the terrain in and around the Sportcampus Zuiderpark will be transformed into a vibrant sports and exercise festival! Fun activities for all ages! The City Games are for everyone. There are young and old activities for people with and without disabilities. Try out new sports or just come and watch, cheer, and have fun: Follow workshops and meet top athletes. Watch live performances on stage. Enjoy good food and drinks on the festival site; Free entrance!

Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation, Refund & Media Policy At Latin Soul Dance, we want to keep our classes, courses, workshops and events clear, fair and well organized for everyone. By booking with us, you agree to the following policy. Bookings Your spot is confirmed once your booking has been completed through our booking system or directly with Latin Soul Dance. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. Cancellations and Rescheduling Regular classes can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to **8 hours before the class starts**. You can cancel or reschedule through the booking system, or contact us at least 8 hours before the class. If you cancel, reschedule or do not attend within 8 hours of the class start time, the class will be charged and the credit will be used. Refunds All classes, courses, workshops, events, packages and memberships are final sales and non-refundable once purchased. Refunds are not given for missed classes, late cancellations, no-shows, illness, travel, holidays, personal schedule changes or other personal circumstances. Courses, Workshops and Events Courses, workshops and special events require preparation, teachers, room reservation and limited spots. Once you register and pay, your place is reserved for you. Missed sessions are not refundable and cannot always be rescheduled. If you cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Photos and Videos At Latin Soul Dance, we sometimes take photos and short videos during classes, workshops and events. These images may be used for social media, our website, newsletters, flyers, advertising and other promotional content. We use this content to share the joy, energy, culture and community of Latin Soul Dance. We always aim to use respectful, positive and appropriate images. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform the instructor or the Latin Soul Dance team **before the class, workshop or event starts**. We will respect your choice and will do our best to make sure you are not directly filmed, photographed or shown in published content. If you see a photo or video of yourself that makes you uncomfortable, please contact us. We will review your request and, where possible, remove, crop, blur or adjust the content. For children and minors, photos and videos will only be used with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
