What is SalsaFit? 

SalsaFit is not about memorizing long routines.
It is about moving continuously, feeling the music and building fitness through rhythm.
We use:
  • Simple Salsa steps
  • Repetitive movements
  • Flow-based sequences
So your body stays in motion and your heart rate stays high.
Each month, we also introduce a short Salsa-inspired combination, so you slowly build dance confidence while staying focused on fitness.

SalsaFit combines Salsa dance styles with fitness-based movement, creating a workout that feels like a party.

1. Do I need dance experience to join SalsaFit? ​ Not at all. SalsaFit is a dance-fitness class, not a traditional Salsa course. You don’t need to memorize long choreographies — you simply follow easy Salsa-inspired movements and enjoy the rhythm.

2. Is SalsaFit a real Salsa class? SalsaFit is not a technical Salsa school class. It is a fitness workout inspired by Salsa, designed to keep your heart rate high while you dance, sweat and feel good in your body.

3. Do I need a partner for SalsaFit? No. SalsaFit is mostly done solo, like a fitness class. Sometimes we include optional partner moments for fun and connection, but you never need to bring a partner.

4. How intense is SalsaFit? SalsaFit is a mid to high-intensity cardio workout, but you always move at your own pace. You can go harder or softer — the goal is to stay active, enjoy the music, and keep moving.

5. What makes SalsaFit different from regular Salsa lessons? SalsaFit is about movement, energy, and joy, not technique and perfection. You don’t dance to impress — you dance to feel alive, get fi,t and connect with Latin rhythm.
