How do I cancel or reschedule a class?
We understand that plans can change! You can cancel your class up to 8 hours before it starts, and your credit will be automatically refunded to your account. If you cancel after the 8-hour window or fail to attend, the class will be considered a paid class and will not be credited back to your account. The good news? If you have class packages of 5 or 10, you can reschedule your classes at any time through your member account area or directly on the app, making it convenient to manage your schedule.
