- 04Caribbean Dance Workout + Circuit Training is a full-body class divided into two parts: half dance, half circuit training. In the first part of the class, you enjoy energetic Caribbean-inspired dance movements that help you improve coordination, rhythm, cardio, and confidence while having fun with the music. In the second part, the class shifts into a strength and conditioning circuit, where you work with weights and a variety of exercises in a Tabata-style round system. This part is designed to build strength, endurance, and muscle tone while keeping the energy high. This combination gives you the best of both worlds: the joy and freedom of dance, together with the benefits of focused full-body training.
