Your spot is confirmed once your booking has been completed through our booking system or directly with Latin Soul Dance. Also, if you do it by the Wix app, you will see it in the system. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details.

We understand that plans can change! You can cancel your class up to 8 hours before it starts, and your credit will be automatically refunded to your account. If you cancel after the 8-hour window or fail to attend, the class will be considered a paid class and will not be credited back to your account. The good news? If you have class packages of 5 or 10, you can reschedule your classes at any time through your member account area or directly on the app, making it convenient to manage your schedule. All classes, courses, workshops, events, packages and memberships are final sales and non-refundable once purchased. Refunds are not given for missed classes, late cancellations, no-shows, illness, travel, holidays, personal schedule changes or other personal circumstances.

Courses, workshops and special events require preparation, teachers, room reservation and limited spots. Once you register and pay, your place is reserved for you. Missed sessions are not refundable and cannot always be rescheduled. If you cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible..

If you cancel, reschedule, or do not attend within 8 hours of the class start time, the class will be charged, and the credit will be used. If you have chosen to pay at the venue, you will receive an invoice to pay for the class.

Sometimes, yes. At Latin Soul Dance, we may take photos and short videos during classes, workshops and events. These images may be used for social media, our website, newsletters, flyers, advertising and other promotional content. We use this content to share the joy, energy, culture and community of Latin Soul Dance.

You have the right to tell us if you do not want to appear. Please inform the instructor or the Latin Soul Dance team before the class, workshop or event starts. We will respect your choice and will do our best to make sure you are not directly filmed, photographed or shown in published content.

For children and minors, photos and videos will only be used with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
